Play Outdoors has several shipping options available:

Flat Rate Shipping

All ground shipping for orders under $45 are a flat $7.99 and will typically be shipped either USPS or UPS. Some oversize product may have a handling fee due to extra charges that may be incurred because of the odd size or heavy nature of the product.

Free Shipping

FREE shipping on $45 orders within the contiguous U.S. (Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or any of the US territories at this time). To receive FREE shipping, simply choose the FREE Ground Shipping option during checkout. Exceptionally large/heavy items, or special order items, may require an additional handling charge as noted on each product page.

Expedited Shipping

Currently all expedited shipping is through UPS. We offer expedited shipping at real-time published rates by UPS. Additional handling fees may also apply. Expedited shipping options are 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.
These options appear though the shipping calculator on the right hand side of the shipping checkout page.
To calculate U.S. shipping costs:

  1. Add items to Shopping Cart
  2. Choose shipping calculator and enter your zip code
  3. Click 'Calculate'
  4. Note the shipping prices and options

Shipping FAQs

How quickly will I receive my order?
All orders are processed between 8am and 2pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday. Your order will be processed within two business days, unless otherwise noted. Most shipments are only delivered on business days.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped we will send you an email with the tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way. If for some reason your order has not arrived when it was supposed to, or you're missing an item, please contact customer service at 1-866-608-2423.

Will my order arrive in more than one package?
If you place an order for more than one item, it is possible that some of them will be shipped from different warehouses. Each package will have its own tracking number which will be sent to you in an email when the package is shipped. You will not be charged any additional shipping costs for multiple packages sent. Additionally, as each manufacturer has different processing and shipping times, it is possible that your packages will arrive at different times. How do I check my order status?
To check your order status you must have registered for the site at the beginning of the check out process.  If you did register for the site you should be able to check your order status by clicking “My Account” in the upper right corner of the site, logging in with your User ID and password and then clicking on the “Order History” in the left hand navigation. What if my order was damaged?
If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. Have ready your invoice number (found on packing slip) and the name of the carrier that delivered the package.
